Inquiry to company's comm team made August 22, 2019. No response received.

Follow-up inquiry sent to company's investor relations team on Sept 24 2019. Received response on September 24, 2019 from External Communications Manager Stephen Sanchez who provided the following statement, "I am writing to confirm that 3M does not use forced arbitration for sexual harassment claims."

When asked whether the company simply does not include required arbitration language in its on-boarding materials, agreements, and/or policies OR if it requires arbitration by default with an opt-out provision, Sanchez responded, "There is no opt out. We do not require arbitration for sexual harassment claims."
