Inquiry to company made August 22, 2019. Follow-up inquiry sent August 26, 2019. Received response August 27, 2019 from Senior Director of Corporate Communications Stacey Marsh who stated, "There is no requirement for forced arbitration for any dispute between adidas and an employee, including claims of sexual harassment."

Sent follow up inquiry asking if required arbitration language is simply absent from company materials or if arbitration is required by default with an opt-out provision. Received response September 23, 2019 stating, "There are no arbitration requirements in our employee contracts."
