Inquiry to company made August 22, 2019. Response received August 22, 2019. "American does not require its employees to arbitrate sexual harassment claims." When asked to clarify whether American simply does not use arbitration language or requires arbitration with an opt-out provision, American responded, "We do not currently have arbitration agreements with our team members."
