Inquiry to company made August 23, 2019. Response received from Apple Senior Director of Investor Relations Nancy Paxton on August 28, 2019. "No Apple employee is required to arbitrate complaints related to harassment or discrimination. New employees are presented an arbitration agreement that includes carve-outs for harassment and discrimination. Employees have a 30 days window to opt-out of arbitration altogether. For existing employees who have signed an arbitration agreement, they can pursue harassment or discrimination complaints through arbitration or they can pursue them through litigation with no objection from the company."
