Response received on August 22, 2019 from Media Relations Representative Jackie Anderson who included this statement: "ADM does not use forced arbitration for sexual harassment in its employee agreements. ADM does not have employment agreements, an arbitration policy or arbitration agreements with any of our U.S. employees."

As this statement includes the possibility of requiring arbitration for employees outside the U.S., a follow up inquiry was made to ADM September 5, 2019. Response received 9/10/19 with the following statement, "ADM does not require arbitration for sexual harassment claims among any non-U.S. employees."
