Add'l inquiry sent to Alicia Cook, Gary Raizon, and Kara Lyons at Capital One on September 26, 2019. 

Response received Friday December 20th from VP of Communications Derek Conrad with the following statement, "Capital One does not use mandatory arbitration for sexual harassment."

Follow-up question sent to Capital One sent asking the company to clarify whether it simply doesn't use any arbitration language in its policies/on-boarding materials OR if it requires arbitration by default with an opt out provision.

Reply received from VP of Communications Derek Conrad with the following statement, "Confirmed that Capital One does not include any language requiring arbitration regarding sexual harassment issues in company policies, on-boarding materials, etc."
