Inquiry to company last made August 22, 2019. Response received from Global Manufacturing & Labor Communications Manager Monique Brentley on August 22, 2019 with request for additional information about the project. Additional information about the project provided to the company by Force the Issue on August 22, 2019 and again on August 23, 2019. Company representative indicated inquires had been made internally and that the company would follow up.
On Monday Sept. 16, Brentley responded with this follow up statement, "With limited exceptions, Ford does not use arbitration provisions in its employment agreements." Company was notified that because it sounded as if arbitration is required in some cases, we would be leaving Ford's status as "probably requires arbitration for sexual harassment." Our response included follow up questions to Ford in order to gain add'l visibility/understanding of its policies.
