Additional information about the project provided to the company on August 22, 2019 and again on August 23, 2019. Company representative indicated inquires had been made internally and that the company would follow up.
On Monday Sept. 16, Brentley responded with this follow up statement, "With limited exceptions, Ford does not use arbitration provisions in its employment agreements" Company provided add'l details but could not definitively say that no Ford employees are required to use arbitration for sexual harassment claims.
