Inquiry to company made August 22, 2019. Response received August 22, 2019. Response included the statement: "We do not use forced arbitration for sexual harassment in employment agreements. In fact, most employees in the United States do not have written employment agreements." Force the Issue followed up with the company to clarify whether arbitration language simply is not present or if it uses arbitration by default with an opt out provision. Company clarified that arbitration language simply isn't present.
