Received response Dec 4, 2019 from Senior Vice President Leslie Hunziker who provided the following statement, "Hertz does not require employees to use arbitration to resolve sexual harassment claims."
Follow up question sent Dec 4, 2019 to clarify whether Hertz simply does not include required arbitration language in its on-boarding materials/policies OR if it requires arbitration by default with an opt-out provision.
