Inquiry to company made August 22, 2019. Received response on August 22, 2019. IBM Corporate Communications Rep. Douglas O'Shelton stated, "IBM does not require employees to agree to arbitration of any claims as a condition of employment or continued employment, including sexual harassment claims."

Follow up question sent to company by Force the Issue asking whether arbitration language simply isn't present at all or if the company requires arbitration by default with an opt out provision. Company clarified, "There is no arbitration requirement at all...nothing for employees to opt out of."
