Response received from Iron Mountain Vice President of Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) Strategy Kevin Hagen stating, "Iron Mountain does not require employees to use arbitration for sexual harassment claims." 

When asked to confirm whether or not Iron Mountain simply doesn't use arbitration language in its policies or if it requires arbitration with an opt out clause, Mr. Hagen responded, "We do not require arbitration of sexual harassment allegations in our employment documents. "
