Response received from the company on August 26, 2019 with the following statement: "We do not require our employees to sign agreements that would lead to forced arbitration for sexual harassment claims. We do not require our employees to sign any type of arbitration agreement or in any way attempt to force arbitration of any claims, including harassment. Nor do we include arbitration language in our onboarding materials."
