"Molson Coors doesn’t use arbitration agreements for our employees." Follow up inquiry sent to the company to ask if the company simply not include any language around requiring arbitration in its policies, on-boarding materials, agreements OR if the company requires arbitration by default with an opt out provision, Hargarten provided the clarifying statement, " We do not include any language re: arbitration in any of our employment agreements, on-boarding, policies, etc."
