Response received on August 27, 2019 from Corporate Communications Representative Kate Shaw who stated, "Policies may differ depending on applicable local laws and regulations. Here in the US, Nestlé does not currently use any form of arbitration agreements with individual employees."

Note, when a company indicates its policies on arbitration for sexual harassment claims vary by location, arbitration may be required in some of its locations.
