Inquiry to company made August 26, 2019. On August 26, 2019 Northrop Grumman provided the following statement: "Northrop Grumman does not require employees to use arbitration for sexual harassment claims as a condition of employment."

Upon further/follow-up inquiry by Force the Issue to company, Northrop Grumman confirmed arbitration language is simply not present (versus requiring arbitration with an opt out clause.)
