Inquiry to company made August 26, 2019. Response received from company on August 26, 2019 with the following statement: "P&G does not utilize employment agreements, and does not compel active employees to arbitration for any reason." In a follow up inquiry, P&G was asked whether it simply does not include arbitration language or if it requires arbitration with an opt out provision. P&G responded that it simply does not include arbitration language.
