Received response Dec 4, 2019 from Executive Vice President of Global Corporate Communications Stephanie Smirnov who provided the following statement, "Scholastic does NOT require employees to use arbitration for sexual harassment claims."
Follow up question sent Dec 4, 2019 to clarify whether Scholastic simply does not include required arbitration language in its on-boarding materials/policies OR if it requires arbitration by default with an opt-out provision. Ms. Smirnov replied, "Confirming that Scholastic does not have language requiring arbitration in our policies/onboarding materials."
