Inquiry to company's comm team made Dec 3, 2019. 

Received response Dec 4, 2019 from Global Audience Communication Manager Katie Woodruff who confirmed receipt of the inquiry and said the company would be following up with add'l information soon. On Dec 6, Ms. Woodruff sent the following statement, "Steelcase Inc. does not currently (nor has it ever in the past) require employees to use arbitration for sexual harassment claims."

When asked to clarify whether the company simply doesn't included any language related to arbitration in its sexual harassment policies or if if requires arbitration by default with an opt out clause, the company clarified, "Steelcase Inc. does not include any language around requiring arbitration in its policies covering sexual harassment claims."
