Inquiry to company made August 29, 2019. Response received on Sept 5 2019 from Communications Representative Nicole Bernard indicating, "TI does not require employees to use arbitration for sexual harassment claims."  In a follow-up question, company was asked whether it simply does not include arbitration language for sexual harassment claims or if it requires arbitration with an opt out provision. Company confirmed, "our policies do not include arbitration language."
