Inquiry to company made August 29, 2019. Response received August 29, 2019 with this statement: "We do not require our employees to arbitrate harassment claims."

When asked if company simply doesn't include arbitration for sexual harassment claims or requires arbitration with an opt out provision, company responded, "Western Union has no policy requiring arbitration of sexual harassment claims. In other words, such a requirement is simply absent from our policies."
